How do I earn rewards?

Firstly, create or login to your SiSú account on our website, you'll find our rewards widget on the left of your screen. You will then be given your unique referral link to share with friends & family which will automatically give them 10% off when they shop online. Plus, you earn €0.01 for every €1 they spend.

You also earn 1 cent for every €1 you spend on our website, giving you more ways to earn rewards! You can then use your store credit for your future purchases.

Where can I see how many rewards I have?

You will be able to check your Rewards at any time through your SiSú Account Page. You will find this through the drop down menu at the top of your screen or by clicking here.

Where can I use SiSú rewards?

You will only be able to earn and redeem SiSú rewards on our website.

How do I use my rewards?

At checkout, copy and paste your store credit code from your rewards account found in the widget on the left of your screen, or in your store credit email into the 'Discount Code' section of the Checkout. Your credit will be applied to your order.

Can I use my rewards on all products across the website?

Yes, simply add your products to cart and apply your discount code at the checkout.

Will I receive a physical rewards card?

No, all your rewards and details will be managed automatically through our website.

Can I redeem my rewards on SiSú Gift Cards?

Yes, you can use your rewards to purchase SiSú Gift Cards for friends and family.

Can I use my rewards in stores?

No, you can only earn and use SiSú rewards on online purchases on our website.

Can I redeem my rewards against a SiSú subscription?

We currently do not allow subscription customers to use rewards against the cost of their subscription. However subscribers will earn rewards for every order, which can be used to order SiSú products on a one-off basis or against gift vouchers.

I have a subscription, will I earn rewards?

Yes, you will earn 1 cent for every €1 you spend on your subscription. Plus, you can refer friends to SiSú to earn 1 cent for every €1 they spend on SiSú.
